For one-time purchases, we offer free standard shipping on all orders of $59 and above! For orders below US$59, it will be charged $12 for shipping fee.

Delivery time = processing time + shipping time
Shipping time: 6-12 days
Processing time: 3-10 days`
*Shipping usually takes around 1-3 weeks for US customers. For international customers, shipping may take around 2-4 weeks!

We offer global shipping options, although availability may vary for some products depending on the region. Please note that due to specific circumstances, shipping services may not be available in certain areas.
3. Where is our delivery location?
USA: We ship to all 50 US states (and Washington DC) Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Worldwide: We ship worldwide Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
4. How can I track my order?
Our delivery times start from the moment the order is accepted and include 24 hours working day processing and dispatch time. Please note: delivery times may be longer during promotional periods.
As soon as your order is packed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to be available.
5. What if the delivery is delayed/the package is lost?
Our parcels are delivered by logistics companies, and the logistics status can be tracked in real time. However, if there is a delay/loss due to force majeure, we are deeply sorry. We can do the following:
A. Maintain communication with our services
The last thing we want is for your package to be delayed. Please be sure to keep us informed of the status of your package. We will always contact you to let you know the status of your package and explain the situation.
B. Real-time tracking of your goods
If you find any delays during shipping, you can take the following actions: send a replacement package by a faster method. Or, if there is a delay and you are in a hurry to receive the package, you can contact us and we may resend the package using another shipping method depending on the specific situation.
6. Cancellation of order
You can cancel your order and we accept cancellations before the product is processed. If you cancel your order before processing, you will receive a full refund. But if the product has been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding!
Note: After the order is shipped, we will notify you by email. Therefore, the order cannot be cancelled after the goods are shipped. If you insist that you do not want the package, you can contact us to return it after receiving it. Thank you for your understanding!
You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via text message and/or email with your tracking number once your order is processed.
